LOS ANGELES, February 19, 2025 --
Herbalife said its board appointed President Stephan Gratziani as chief executive officer effective May 1, 2025. Michael Johnson, the current chairman and chief executive, will transition to executive chairman.
Gratziani is a former Herbalife independent distributor who spent 32 years building one of the company's top global distributorships before joining the company as chief strategy officer in August 2023. He became president in January 2024 and has led initiatives to transform the business. The company said his vision combines Herbalife's distributor network with health and wellness technology to modernize the business.
As part of the transition, Rob Levy, managing director of international markets, will become president of worldwide markets on May 1, 2025, overseeing business, strategy, sales and marketing across 43 international markets, with all regional managing directors reporting to him.
