Herbalife reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of 1.3 billion dollars, up 5.4% from a year earlier and up 5.8% on a constant-currency basis, marking a fourth consecutive quarter of year-over-year topline growth.
Net loss attributable to Herbalife was 26.3 million dollars and included a 94.6 million dollar loss on extinguishment of debt. Adjusted net income was 53.3 million dollars. Adjusted EBITDA was 166.6 million dollars, including about 7.6 million dollars of foreign-currency headwinds, and credit agreement EBITDA was 174.4 million dollars. Diluted loss per share was 0.25 dollars.
The company tightened full-year net sales guidance and narrowed adjusted EBITDA guidance to 670 million to 690 million dollars from 675 million to 705 million dollars, primarily reflecting FX headwinds. It also advanced personalized nutrition with a Bioniq launch and separately announced a planned CFO transition.
