Natural Health Trends reported fourth-quarter 2024 revenue of 10.8 million dollars, roughly unchanged from 10.9 million dollars a year earlier, as sales in its Hong Kong business rose 9 percent sequentially and 7 percent year over year. The company posted an operating loss of 421,000 dollars and net income of 176,000 dollars, or 0.02 dollars per diluted share. Active members were 30,870, down 5 percent from a year earlier.
Management said results were held back by Taiwan and North America, where the company raised prices in 2023 and offered fewer promotions in 2024. Full-year revenue fell 2 percent to 43.0 million dollars, with net income of 572,000 dollars.
The company said it moved its corporate headquarters from Hong Kong back to Rolling Hills Estates, California, in February 2025. It ended the year with 43.9 million dollars in cash and marketable securities and declared a 0.20 dollar quarterly dividend.
