LEHI, Utah -- October 15, 2025

Nature's Sunshine Products said its board has appointed Kenneth Romanzi chief executive officer, succeeding Terrence Moorehead. Romanzi will take the role and join the board on October 29, 2025, the date Moorehead resigns under a separation agreement. Moorehead told the board in May that he planned to step down, prompting a search for his successor.

Romanzi, 65, served as president and chief executive of B&G Foods from 2019 to 2020 after serving as its chief operating officer. Earlier he held leadership roles at Nabisco, The Ultimate Juice Company, including the Naked Juice brand, Hasbro and Ocean Spray, and most recently served as an operating partner at Ronin Equity Partners and a strategic advisor at Astara Capital Partners, both private equity firms. Under his employment agreement, he will receive an annual base salary of 850,000 dollars and restricted stock units valued at 1.5 million dollars that vest over three years, according to a regulatory filing.

"Ken is a transformational leader with a proven ability to grow, scale and drive innovation at high-caliber and complex CPG businesses," said Chairman Heidi Wissmiller, adding that his skills will help the company digitally empower distributors and practitioners and expand its omnichannel offerings. Romanzi said he was excited to join and lead the organization as it continues to transform consumers' lives globally through natural health.
