Nature's Sunshine Products said Chief Financial Officer L. Shane Jones notified the company on May 8, 2026, that he will resign effective June 5, 2026, and that Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Jonathan D. Lanoy has been appointed interim principal financial officer.
The company said Jones's resignation was not the result of any disagreement on financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates or judgments. Lanoy, 51, has been chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer since January 2023 and previously served as vice president of finance and corporate controller. His employment agreement provides an annual base salary of 301,551 dollars and a target bonus of 50% of base salary.
The leadership change came four days after Nature's Sunshine reported a 9% rise in first-quarter net sales.
