NATURE'S SUNSHINE PRODUCTS
September 3, 2020

Natures Sunshine Products said it is rolling out a revamped business model immediately, with new branding, a new website, and programs meant to change how consultants, health practitioners, and retailers work with the company.

Chief executive Terrence Moorehead said it has been nearly 50 years since the founding and that the company made a strategic decision to relaunch this fall. He said the new experience is built to respond to changing customer trends and to open growth opportunities for the field. A digital campaign called Force of Nature is planned to launch later in the year to raise brand awareness.

The company said the relaunch returns attention to its position as an herbal specialist. It said it was the first company to encapsulate herbs in 1972. The updated package includes refreshed branding, new sales tools, and a simpler compensation model with faster payments and larger earning opportunities.

Consultants will be able to create a dedicated web address on a revamped consumer site, run a digital business, and track customers and orders. A payment system called PayQuicker is intended to credit rewards from customer and downline purchases in real time, with the possibility of payment within 30 minutes of a purchase.
