Natures Sunshine Products said its board appointed Ruth Perkins as executive vice president and chief financial officer effective September 1, 2026. Jon Lanoy will continue as principal accounting officer.
Perkins, 46, most recently served as senior vice president of global value chain finance at The Estee Lauder Companies since July 2023 and earlier held finance leadership roles at PepsiCo and Ford Motor Company. The company said she brings more than 20 years of finance experience across global consumer products companies.
The appointment was disclosed in the same Form 8-K package as second-quarter earnings.
