Tupperware Brands Corporation disclosed that NYSE Regulation notified it on September 18, 2024 that it would begin proceedings to delist the company's common stock and was suspending trading immediately. The exchange found the company no longer suitable for listing under Section 802.01D of the NYSE Listed Company Manual after its Chapter 11 filing.

Tupperware said it will not appeal, so it expects its stock to be delisted once the NYSE applies to the Securities and Exchange Commission. The shares have begun trading on the OTC Expert Market under the symbol TUPBQ, a far more limited market than the NYSE.

The company warned that trading in its securities during the Chapter 11 cases is highly speculative and that common stockholders could see a significant or total loss on their investment, depending on how the cases turn out.
