Tupperware
June 10, 2025

The Chapter 11 plan of liquidation for Tupperware Brands Corporation and its affiliated debtors became effective on June 10, 2025, marking the end of the former publicly traded company that once dominated the market for plastic food storage containers.

On the effective date, the Tupperware Liquidating Trust was established, with CBMN Advisors LLC, doing business as Uzzi and Lall, serving as liquidating trustee. Retained causes of action were transferred to the trust, which will pursue recoveries and make distributions to creditors under the plan, and Tupperware Brands Corporation went out of business.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware confirmed the plan on May 9, 2025. Tupperware filed for Chapter 11 in September 2024 and sold its brand and core operations in November 2024 to Party Products LLC, a group formed by its secured lenders, which continues to sell Tupperware products in selected markets.
