Tupperware
November 1, 2021

Tupperware Brands elected Pamela Jones Harbour to its board, effective November 1, 2021. Harbour is a former commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission, where she served seven years, and a former deputy attorney general in the New York attorney generals office. She later practiced in antitrust, consumer protection, privacy, and data security.

Board chair Susan Cameron said the company was expanding the board as it tried to reach more consumers and needed that kind of regulatory experience. Harbour most recently led a global compliance team at Herbalife Nutrition.

The company did not announce other director changes with the election. The appointment adds a former federal consumer-protection official while Tupperware is in the middle of its turnaround and asset sales.
