Tupperware Brands Corporation disclosed that on June 28, 2024 it again amended its forbearance agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, as administrative agent, and certain lenders, extending the forbearance termination date from June 30, 2024 to July 7, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.
The administrative agent may further extend that date by up to five business days in its sole discretion. The amendment also pushed milestones for entering a definitive agreement on certain repayment transactions from June 22, 2024-already extended administratively to June 28-to July 7, 2024.
The short extension kept lender forbearance in place while Tupperware continued efforts toward a repayment transaction amid delayed SEC filings and going-concern concerns disclosed earlier in the quarter.
