GOTHENBURG, Sweden -- November 19, 2025

Zinzino reported third-quarter revenue of 784.1 million Swedish kronor, up 47 percent from 532.8 million kronor a year earlier and 53 percent in local currencies. Gross profit rose to 277.2 million kronor, a margin of 35.4 percent compared with 33.6 percent, and EBITDA increased to 109.7 million kronor from 63.0 million kronor, lifting the EBITDA margin to 14.0 percent from 11.8 percent.

Net profit more than doubled to 89.4 million kronor from 42.6 million kronor, or 2.47 kronor per share compared with 1.24 kronor, and cash flow from operating activities was 136.6 million kronor. The company said the margin improvement came mainly from stronger gross profit and synergies, primarily from its acquisition of Zurvita, and that during the quarter it acquired the assets of U.S.-based direct sellers Bode Pro and Truvy to increase distribution in North America, Latin America, South Korea and Japan.

For the first nine months, revenue rose 54 percent to 2,302.2 million kronor, EBITDA reached 268.2 million kronor and net profit was 200.9 million kronor. Cash and cash equivalents stood at 529.2 million kronor at September 30. After the quarter, Zinzino agreed to acquire Sanki, bought 35 percent of Xion International Group and launched a gut health test.
