Income Disclosures:

Vida Divina's January 2025 income disclosure projects average annual gross Affiliate revenue of between $500 and $2,000. It also warns that business expenses may exceed the commissions an Affiliate receives.

In January 2018, Ecuador's National Agency for Health Regulation, Control and Surveillance, known as ARCSA, issued an alert concerning Vida Divina products being sold without the required Ecuadorian sanitary registration or notification. ARCSA advised consumers not to purchase or consume the products until the appropriate regulatory authorization had been obtained. The alert concerned authorization to market the products in Ecuador rather than the legality of Vida Divina's U.S. MLM compensation plan.

The Federal Trade Commission sent Vida Divina a Notice of Penalty Offenses concerning money-making opportunities, endorsements, and testimonials in October 2021. The notice summarized established legal standards covering misleading income claims, atypical testimonials, and deceptive business-opportunity promotions. Vida Divina's receipt of the notice was not an accusation or finding that the company had violated the law.

The FTC sent Vida Divina Worldwide Inc. a second Notice of Penalty Offenses in April 2023 concerning the substantiation of product claims. That notice warned supplement and health-product companies that objective claims require competent and reliable supporting evidence. As with the 2021 notice, inclusion on the recipient list was not a finding of misconduct and did not impose a fine or other penalty.

Vida Divina's current policies prohibit Affiliates from making unauthorized disease, product, lifestyle, or earnings claims. The company also prohibits all Affiliate income claims, including earnings screenshots, lifestyle representations, hypothetical income examples, and statements concerning average or exceptional earnings.
