Vida Divina Worldwide said it finalized the acquisition of MIALÉ, a Lima, Peru based multilevel marketing company with a portfolio of more than 25 nutrition and wellness products. The deal covers 100 percent of MIALÉ's assets.
The company said the purchase is part of a broader expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its position in South America, including planned entries into Chile and Bolivia. MIALÉ said it planned to introduce new branding across its products by June 2024.
President and Chief Executive Armand Puyolt said Vida Divina had been working for some time to add companies and was drawn to MIALÉ's vision and desire for growth. Vida Divina, which sells health, weight-management, beauty and energy products, says it operates in more than 50 countries with 10 distribution centers.
