Amore Pacific
December 5, 2025
Amorepacific Group said on December 5, 2025 that it is carrying out a voluntary retirement program to respond to a rapidly changing business environment at home and abroad. It is the second such program in the company's history, following the first in December 2020.
Eligible employees are those with at least 15 years of service in support organizations and offline sales organizations, or experienced hires aged 45 or older. The program covers Amorepacific Holdings, Amorepacific, Innisfree, Etude, Amos Professional, Osulloc and espoir.
Employees with 20 or more years of service will receive 42 months of base pay, while those with 15 to 20 years of service and experienced hires 45 or older will receive two months of base pay per year worked. Departing employees and their spouses will also receive comprehensive health checkups for two years.
An Amorepacific official said the program is meant to strengthen the company's operations while supporting employees who want to pursue new careers. The group later said its fourth-quarter 2025 operating profit was reduced by one-off voluntary retirement expenses.
