Amway said Jason Leng Kek Mun assumed an additional leadership role as managing director of Amway Indonesia and Amway Philippines effective September 1, 2026, expanding his remit across the Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Philippines (MSBIP) cluster.
Leng was appointed managing director and non-independent executive director of Amway (Malaysia) Holdings Berhad on June 10, 2026, and already served as managing director of Amway Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. Company materials describe him as leading MSBIP operations covering markets with a combined population of more than 400 million people.
Leng joined Amway Malaysia as general manager in March 2024 and previously held sales and marketing leadership roles at Nu Skin Malaysia and Brunei and at Tupperware Brands Malaysia and Singapore.
