A California court granted final approval of a 38 million dollar class-action settlement resolving claims that Rodan and Fields failed to adequately warn consumers about potential side effects of its Enhancements Lash Boost product containing isopropyl cloprostenate. The settlement covered eligible purchasers between October 1, 2016, and March 11, 2022.
Under the approved terms, eligible class members could receive cash payments or product credits subject to claim procedures and court oversight. Rodan and Fields did not admit wrongdoing as part of the resolution. The skincare direct seller continued to market Lash Boost and other products through independent consultants while the settlement administration process proceeded.
