Rodan & Fields said it would reduce its home-office workforce by 76 employees at its Bishop Ranch offices in San Ramon, California, with separations on or about October 14, 2023, according to a California WARN notice and company confirmation reported September 20, 2023. The company said the cuts were part of organizational changes to optimize structure and teams for long-term success and spanned departments including management and lead engineering roles.
