BELLINGHAM, Wash., April 5, 2024 --
eXp Realty named Leo Pareja chief executive officer of the brokerage, effective immediately, succeeding founder Glenn Sanford, who will devote his full attention to serving as founder, chairman and chief executive of parent eXp World Holdings.
Pareja previously served as chief strategy officer and was credited with initiatives including eXp Exclusives, Revenos and enhancements to eXp Solutions. Sanford said Pareja's industry leadership had elevated the agent-value proposition around referrals and lead generation.
Pareja joined eXp Realty in 2022 after more than two decades in real estate, including roles with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. eXp Realty said it held top spots on the RealTrends 500 report in several categories and continued to operate with more than 85,000 agents across multiple countries.
