eXp Realty named Leo Pareja chief strategy officer. Pareja joined the company in June 2022 as president of affiliated services, where he launched the Revenos referral division and the eXp Solutions business.
Pareja previously co-founded the real estate technology company Remine and served as national president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. In the new role he will help guide the brokerage's long-term growth strategy.
