eXp Realty opened operations in Dubai, its 24th market and the sixth new market launched in 2022. The company has more than 86,000 agents worldwide.
Dounia Fadi, a Dubai broker with more than 18 years of experience, will lead the operation. Chief growth officer Michael Valdes said Dubai's multicultural population and diverse economy give eXp a strong entry point into the United Arab Emirates for its agent-centric model. The company first announced plans to enter Dubai in May.
