eXp Realty said it opened brokerage operations in Greece, bringing it to 20 markets and more than 77,000 agents worldwide. Nikos Manomenidis will lead the Greece business. Michael Valdes, president of eXp Global, pointed to tourism and foreign-investment demand in the Greek market.
Manomenidis has more than 20 years in residential and commercial real estate and has served as president of the Central European Real Estate Associations Network and on the National Association of Realtors board in Greece. Greece was the second of three first-quarter 2022 expansion markets after the Dominican Republic, with New Zealand still planned.
