eXp Realty, the core brokerage subsidiary of eXp World Holdings (Nasdaq: AGNT), said it has promoted Wendy Forsythe to chief operating officer, succeeding Patrick O'Neill, who is departing.
Forsythe had served two years as chief marketing officer. She previously was COO at HomeSmart International, president of Compass's California and Hawaii region, and chief strategy officer at Fathom Holdings, and earlier owned a brokerage after starting as an agent. In the new role she will oversee operations, technology integration, agent programs and transaction support, while providing transitional marketing leadership.
eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja said Forsythe's field experience and record scaling brokerages fit the company's next chapter as it integrates NextHome and expands its multi-model platform.
