GILBERT, Ariz. - November 5, 2026

Isagenix chief executive officer Sharron Walsh told promoters on a November 5 Global Associates call that the company has been acquired by Shaklee Corporation, according to accounts of the call that circulated among field leaders the following day. Neither Isagenix nor Shaklee had issued an official public announcement as of November 6.

Field discussion of the deal has repeatedly described Shaklee as acquiring certain assets of Isagenix, leaving open questions about how the company's debt will be handled and whether former owners will retain any stake. Isagenix was sold in 2023 to an ad hoc group of investors while founders Jim and Kathy Coover kept a minority interest; whether that stake survives the Shaklee transaction is unclear.

Promoters said the Isagenix multilevel compensation plan is expected to end, with associates moving onto Shaklee's plan, and that some Isagenix products will be folded into the Shaklee lineup. Comments circulating after the call suggested top leaders may keep more of their existing income than lower-ranked associates, though company officials had not published transition terms.

Isagenix was founded in 2002 by John Anderson, Jim Coover, and Kathy Coover and sells nutrition and personal-care products through independent associates. Shaklee, whose multilevel sales model dates to 1956 and which has been led by chairman and chief executive Roger Barnett since 2004, markets nutrition, beauty, and household products through its own associate and customer base. Until an official release appears, financial terms of the acquisition and the detailed field-transition rules remain unconfirmed.
