LifeVantage appointed Carl Aure chief financial officer, effective the day of the announcement. Aure brought more than 24 years in finance and accounting, including more than 15 years in direct selling, and was to lead finance, accounting, tax, and treasury.
He had been chief accounting officer at New Age, which he joined in 2018 as senior vice president and corporate controller after that company acquired Morinda. From 2005 to 2018 he held finance roles at Morinda. Before that he spent eight years at KPMG, most recently as a senior manager. He is a certified public accountant with a master of professional accountancy from the University of Utah.
President and chief executive Steve Fife pointed to the direct selling background Aure brought, international experience, and work on acquisitions as support for a multi-year growth plan. Aure said he would build on the existing distributor and customer base.
