LifeVantage

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- February 4, 2026
LifeVantage said President and Chief Executive Steve Fife will retire in April 2026 after nine years with the company. Fife will also step down from the board of directors at that time, and the board has begun a search for his successor.
Fife notified the board of his decision on January 30, 2026, and the company said it was not the result of any disagreement over its operations or policies. He will continue as president and CEO during the transition, and the board said it is conducting an extensive executive search and expects to name a new CEO in the coming months. The announcement came the same day LifeVantage reported a 27.8 percent drop in fiscal second-quarter revenue and cut its full-year outlook.
"This well-planned transition ensures continuity and positions LifeVantage for continued success," said Chairman Raymond Greer. "Leading LifeVantage has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career," Fife said.
