LifeVantage Corporation said it has closed its previously announced acquisition of LoveBiome, a direct sales company focused on microbiome and gut health products. Under the completed transaction, LifeVantage acquired LoveBiome's operating assets essential to the microbiome business and retained key LoveBiome personnel, including founder and Chief Executive Kelly Olsen.
LifeVantage announced the definitive agreement on September 3, 2025, saying the deal would grow its consultant network in markets including the United States, Taiwan and Europe and add LoveBiome's flagship P84 gut health product to a lineup that includes Protandim and the MindBody GLP-1 System. The company has said it expects the acquisition to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share and adjusted EBITDA in its first year. Financial terms were not disclosed.
"This strategic transaction expands our product portfolio into the rapidly growing gut health market while also broadening our reach in key markets including the US, Taiwan, and Europe," said Steve Fife, LifeVantage president and chief executive. Olsen said combining P84 with LifeVantage's technologies and compensation plan positions the business to reach a broader base of consumers and entrepreneurs.
