LifeVantage said it has agreed to appoint Terrence O. Moorehead as president and chief executive officer and as a member of the board, effective August 5, 2026, and that director Michael Beindorff will serve as interim CEO beginning May 1 after Steve Fife retires.
Fife's retirement as president, CEO and director takes effect April 30, 2026, under a transition agreement dated April 15. Moorehead, 63, previously served as president and CEO of Nature's Sunshine Products from October 2018 through October 2025 and earlier held senior roles at Avon Products, including in Canada, Italy and Japan. Beindorff, already a LifeVantage director, will leave the compensation and nominating committees while serving as interim CEO.
The company said Moorehead brings more than 25 years of experience in retail consumer products and direct selling. LifeVantage had announced Fife's planned retirement in February without naming a permanent successor.
