SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- February 4, 2026
LifeVantage reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of 48.9 million dollars for the period ended December 31, 2025, down 27.8 percent from a year earlier but up 2.9 percent from the prior quarter. Revenue in the Americas fell 32.6 percent, while Asia/Pacific and Europe declined 2.1 percent. The company said the drop reflected the cycling of its MindBody GLP-1 System launch in October 2024, partly offset by sales from LoveBiome, which it acquired in October 2025.
Net income was 0.02 dollars per diluted share, compared with 0.19 dollars a year earlier, and adjusted earnings were 0.15 dollars per share versus 0.22 dollars. Adjusted EBITDA fell to 3.9 million dollars from 6.5 million dollars. Results included a 2.4 million dollar allowance for obsolete MindBody inventory. The company ended the quarter with 10.2 million dollars in cash and no debt, approved a new 60 million dollar share repurchase program running through December 31, 2027, and declared a quarterly dividend of 0.045 dollars per share.
LifeVantage cut its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to 185 million to 200 million dollars from 225 million to 240 million dollars, and now expects adjusted EBITDA of 15 million to 19 million dollars and adjusted earnings of 0.60 to 0.80 dollars per share. "We acknowledge that our performance during the quarter did not meet your expectations or ours and we are redoubling our efforts to stabilize our GLP-1 business and make the other changes necessary to return to revenue growth," said Chief Executive Steve Fife, who announced the same day that he will retire in April.
