SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- May 6, 2026

LifeVantage reported revenue of 43.7 million dollars for its fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2026, down 25.2% from 58.4 million dollars a year earlier, as lower MindBody GLP-1 System sales outweighed contributions from LoveBiome.

Americas revenue fell 28.9% and Asia/Pacific and Europe revenue fell 7.7%. Diluted EPS was 0.11 dollars versus 0.26 dollars a year earlier, adjusted diluted EPS was 0.12 dollars versus 0.26 dollars, and adjusted EBITDA was 3.2 million dollars versus 6.4 million dollars. Gross margin was 79.0%, down from 81.0%, reflecting an inventory obsolescence allowance related to the MindBody GLP-1 System and higher shipping and warehouse costs.

Interim CEO Michael Beindorff said results were softer than expected and that the company remained focused on expense management and share repurchases while preparing for Terrence Moorehead to become permanent CEO in August. LoveBiome was acquired in October 2025.
