LPT Aperture Holdings, the parent of LPT Realty, said it has acquired Speculo, an artificial-intelligence platform focused on database engagement and intent detection for real estate professionals.
The company said Speculo will retain its brand and operate on a brokerage-agnostic basis as LPT seeks to scale AI-powered tools across residential real estate. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the announcement.
The Speculo deal came two days before LPT Aperture said it confidentially submitted a draft registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering.
