Mannatech said its board appointed Yasir Haider as chief financial officer and principal financial officer effective June 3, 2026, succeeding James Clavijo.
Haider joined Mannatech on January 6, 2025, as controller and had been serving as interim CFO after the company said in March it would not renew Clavijo's contract. Mannatech said Haider previously held senior finance roles including CFO and financial controller, with experience in global consolidations, SEC reporting and mergers and acquisitions, and holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University.
The permanent appointment followed Mannatech's late 2025 Form 10-K filing, Nasdaq stockholders-equity deficiency notice and first-quarter results.
