Mannatech said J. Stanley Fredrick notified the board on August 26, 2026, of his intent to retire from the board and as chairman effective September 1, 2026, for personal reasons and not because of any disagreement with the company.
The board appointed Robert Toth, then vice chairman and a Class III director, to serve as chairman effective September 1, 2026. Toth has served as a non-employee director.
Landen Fredrick continues as chief executive officer. The leadership change was disclosed in a Form 8-K.
