Natura &Co Holding said shareholders of both the holding company and its subsidiary Natura Cosmeticos approved the merger of the holding company into Natura Cosmeticos at their respective shareholder meetings.
The corporate reorganization, first disclosed in material facts dated March 20 and March 25, 2025, is intended to simplify the group's structure by eliminating the holding company layer, leaving Natura Cosmeticos as the listed parent.
The company said the transaction will close on a date to be set by the boards of directors once all conditions precedent have been satisfied.
