SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- May 5, 2026
USANA Health Sciences reported fiscal first-quarter 2026 net sales of 250 million dollars, unchanged from the year-earlier quarter, as growth in its newer channels offset pressure in the core direct-selling nutrition business.
Net earnings were 7.5 million dollars, or 0.41 dollars per diluted share, compared with 9.4 million dollars, or 0.49 dollars per share, a year earlier. Adjusted diluted EPS was 0.61 dollars versus 0.73 dollars, and adjusted EBITDA was 28.4 million dollars versus 29.8 million dollars. Core Nutritional active customers were 404,000, down 12% year over year, while Hiya active monthly subscribers were 186,000, down from 224,000. Core Nutritional net sales were 204 million dollars, down 3% year over year but up 7% sequentially.
Chairman and CEO Kevin Guest said the results reflect USANA's shift from a single-channel direct sales model toward an omnichannel health and wellness platform spanning Core Nutritional, Hiya and Rise Wellness. The company reiterated its fiscal 2026 guidance.
