SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- February 17, 2026

USANA Health Sciences reported fourth-quarter 2025 net sales of 226.2 million dollars, up 6 percent from 213.6 million dollars a year earlier, but posted a net loss of 1.8 million dollars, or 0.10 dollars per share, compared with net earnings of 4.5 million dollars. Adjusted earnings were 0.60 dollars per share. The company cited one-time impairment and cost realignment charges that raised its tax expense. USANA active customers fell to 387,000 from 454,000, while its Hiya children's health business ended the year with 181,700 active monthly subscribers.

Full-year net sales rose 8 percent to 925.3 million dollars, driven mainly by a full year of Hiya, but sales in the core nutritional business declined 8 percent. Net earnings fell 74 percent to 10.8 million dollars, or 0.58 dollars per share. Sales of the Rise Wellness brands roughly tripled, and businesses outside the core nutritional segment made up 16 percent of sales. The company ended the year with 158 million dollars in cash.

For 2026, USANA expects net sales of 925 million to 1.0 billion dollars and diluted earnings of 1.11 to 1.45 dollars per share. "We began to see signs of stabilization in active customer counts in our core nutritional business," said Chairman and Chief Executive Kevin Guest, who returned to the CEO role in January.
