Ignite to Unveil Expansion Plans at Annual Convention
Ignition is a multi-day event hosted by the company each year which brings in thousands of Ignite independent sales associates from across the United States. These associates sell energy service to residential and commercial customers in five states and have accounted for billions of dollars in revenue.
Ignition 2012 will be held from March 1-3 at the brand-new Omni Dallas Hotel, with the event culminating in dramatic fashion at the Dallas Convention Center arena.
"This is our seventh such event, and we again anticipate a sell-out crowd," said head of Ignite Doug Witt. "We are poised to deliver many exciting announcements, including an expansion of our energy service footprint. We are also providing many great speakers, new business tools and promotions. It should prove to be another watershed moment in our historic growth as a company."
"Ignition is the ideal setting for announcing our new expansion plans," said Darryl Smith, Senior Director of Ignite Development. "Gathering together thousands of entrepreneurs on the leading edge of energy deregulation, our business has been a champion for household income generation and has given people hope in a struggling economy."
Ignite is the marketing subsidiary of Stream Energy, an energy provider based in Dallas that provides service to hundreds of thousands of customers. The firm has generated more than $4 billion in total revenues since its founding in 2005, and it has received numerous honors and accolades in its brief history.
