In the fall of 2008, Jim and Sherri Wear launched Lifemax, a company devoted toward changing people's lives for the better through optimum health and a dynamic business opportunity. The Wears have been together since 1993 and, over the years, have created and launched a multitude of businesses. Their success in real estate led to an early retirement in 2006. A chance meeting in November 2007 led them to what they now call their destiny - Lifemax. The Vision of Lifemax is to change the health and the wealth of the world one person and one bag of Mila at a time. Jim and Sherri live in Orlando, FL with their son, Logan.

Amy Sloan

A Florida State University graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Amy comes to Lifemax with more than ten years experience in hospitality administration and real estate. From 1997 to 2003, Amy worked with Marriott Hotels at their Ponte Vedra Beach, FL & Boca Raton, FL resorts. While working in the capacity of Director of Revenue Management she received accolades for accurately forecasting revenues within 3% and had the highest average daily rate in the region. From 2003 to 2006, Amy worked at Transeastern Homes, where she met Jim and Sherri Wear, who recognized her talents and brought her on at Lifemax. Amy resides in the Central Florida area and is blessed with a wonderful family, amazing friends, and five beautiful nieces and nephews.

Jonathan Ducos

Jonathan Ducos comes to Lifemax with a background in web development & marketing. Early in his career, he worked for the fastest-growing homebuilder in the nation, Transeastern Homes, and was responsible for co-developing web marketing campaigns that led to over $500 million in sales within a two year period. Later, he held the position of Web Director for Century Marketing International before being promoted to sales after being recognized for his excellent client relations abilities. Jonathan holds a Bachelors' of Science Degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida. He is also the co-founder of Visual Design Network, LLC., a successful web development company specializing in the creation of print and web media.

Ryan Reinke

Mr. Reinke comes to Lifemax with an extensive background in public accounting and a wide-range of financial and operational experience in both the healthcare and real estate development industries. Prior to opening his own CPA practice, Mr. Reinke worked for two of the Big 4 international accounting firms, Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. After selling his CPA practice in 2002, Mr. Reinke moved to Orlando, FL and joined Florida Hospital, the largest Medicare provider in the nation, as a Director of Finance. In 2005, Mr. Reinke became Chief Financial Officer of a real estate development company based in Orlando, FL where he worked with Lifemax Founders, Jim and Sherri Wear, a relationship which ultimately led him to Lifemax. Since 2009, Mr. Reinke has been acting as a consultant for various real estate development companies and healthcare organizations throughout Florida. Mr. Reinke holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Union College in Lincoln, NE and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University. Mr. Reinke is a former recipient of the Gold Certificate Award from the Nebraska Society of CPAs. |

Paul Rogers

In 1998, Mr. Rogers helped create NuEWorld.com, one of the first e-commerce Network Marketing companies in the United States. As Vice President of sales and Marketing at NuEworld, he assisted in the successful merger of the company with Lexxus International, a Network Marketing company based in Dallas Texas with operations in 15 countries. At Lexxus International Mr. Rogers assumed the role of the Vice President of Sales and traveled the world extensively, working with the global leadership, from India, Asia, Europe, and Mexico - helping to create the international footprint of the company. During his tenure with Lexxus the name was changed to NHT Global and the company was accepted onto the NASDAQ National Market. In 2005 Mr. Rogers was promoted to President of NHT Global for North America and Europe where he helped the company expand into additional countries and grow to over half a billion in sales. Mr. Rogers was President until 2008 when he resigned after meeting Jim and Sherri Wear and began working with Lifemax. Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Baylor University, class of '89, with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and a minor in Fine Arts drama. Mr. Rogers lives on a farm outside of Dallas, Texas with his beautiful wife and their three amazing children. |

Mike Battistelli

Mr. Battistelli is a 30-year veteran of the network marketing industry with a successful history as a top-earning distributor, as well as consultant to, trainer for and owner of network marketing companies. An early champion of telecom deregulation, Mr. Battistelli built Alert Communications International, an industry-leading telecommunications reseller, serving agent-based customer acquisition efforts in both traditional and network marketing environments and creating more than $10 million in monthly billing. During the software explosion of the 1990s, he created a company that successfully served the networking industry with cutting-edge commission and genealogy tracking software, processing data for more than two dozen network marketing companies. Mr. Battistelli is a graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy and Eastman School of Music, and completed post-graduate work at University of Massachusetts. During the 1980s while building their first network marketing organization, Mike and his beautiful wife Kate were active professionals in the music and Broadway Theatre world of New York City - he as a professional trumpet player, Musical Director and Conductor and on staff at Radio City Music Hall; she as television and musical theatre actress, and for three years Yul Brynner's leading lady in "The King and I". Their daughter Francesca Battistelli is a Grammy-nominated and ten-time Dove Award-nominated Contemporary Christian singer/songwriter and recording artist whose major label debut "My Paper Heart" was released on the Warner/Reprise/Word label in 2008.

Mr. Hall is a true entrepreneur and a born networker. He successfully started and built companies from insurance and benefit programs for the direct sales industry's domestic and international sales force to nutritional supplements ventures for niche markets. Mr. Hall's experience in direct sales, MLM, and network marketing is extensive, ranging from business building in the field, developing compensation plans, training program development and various consulting at the distributor and corporate levels. Mr. Hall also created and built his own network marketing company in early 2002, which merged with a vertical-product MLM company in 2006. Mr. Hall received his college degree from the University of Alabama in marketing and communications and currently resides in Orlando with his four children. |

Jenni Reid Smith

Jenni Reid Smith is a social media & marketing guru with an extensive marketing background. Early in her career, she worked for two of Florida's award-winning advertising agencies pulling in a gold ADDY for copywriting. Later, Jenni held the position of corporate marketing manager for the fastest-growing homebuilder in the country, Transeastern Homes. She then served as the director of marketing for Century Marketing International, designing and executing multi-million dollar marketing plans. Jenni went on to become vice president of marketing & business development for iTell Ventures, Inc. Jenni holds a bachelor's in communication from Florida State University and a master's in management from the University of Central Florida. In 2006, she was awarded the distinguished title of Marketing Director of the Year for major achievements in marketing excellence by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Central Florida HBA. Jenni serves on the board of directors for Rock Pink and enjoys spending time with her husband, guitarist Paul Smith, and her two golden retrievers, Holly and Butch. When not marketing her little heart out, Jenni can be found cooking, making music, eating salty snacks, and tweeting @LifemaxCorp.

Scott Halversen

Scott Halversen comes to Lifemax with an extensive background in the direct sales industry as a hands-on strategist and business developer. Over a 17-year career, he has developed core strengths in the areas of marketing strategy, business intelligence, sales, international management and Hispanic market development. He recently headed Strategy and Leadership Development for BeautiControl, a beauty subsidiary of Tupperware Brands, Inc. He also developed a great appreciation for sales force leaders as he coached and mentored them as Regional Vice President. Previously, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Americas with Biozone Scientific International. From 1999 to 2005, Halversen served as Managing Partner for The DeltaGroup, a strategic growth consulting company in Dallas, TX. Halversen received an MBA from Rollins College and attended Bringham Young University for his undergraduate degree. |
