Richard Kelly co-founded Kelly Capital in 1993 and over the past 15 years has participated in a variety of investment opportunities. Mr. Kelly's main focus has been on completing corporate acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, real estate investments, and mezzanine investments. In addition, Mr. Kelly has participated extensively in secondary market investments, including performing and non-performing mortgages, bank debt, trade claims, seller notes, and other high-yield securities. Mr. Kelly also has extensive experience as a serial entrepreneur and has recently formed XOWii, a direct sales company, to enter into the burgeoning health and wellness industry.

James Christiansen has spent over 10 years working in the commercial real estate field and commercial banking arena. Mr. Christiansen was the youngest Vice President of Premier Commercial Bank, located in Anaheim, California, and shortly thereafter became president of Premier Commercial Capital, Inc., an extension of the bank's commercial lending division. Quickly seeing the direct selling opportunity, James made a name for himself dealing with the business side of the industry during his presentations and gained a following of distributors across the nation. During his quick rise to a top earning level at his last direct selling company, James learned that not only was the business rewarding for him, but he could share his experience and opportunity with others.

Josh Higgenbothanat an early age co-founded five companies with prodigious success of which he served as CEO/President. The convergence of his talents led him to work as a consultant for a large multi-billion dollar, publicly traded network marketing company, where he fell in love with the direct sales business model. Most importantly, he has been in the trenches as a distributor and has a unique understanding for what it takes to have success in this industry. As Chief Marketing Office, Mr. Higginbotham is tasked with overseeing the marketing, sales, and training functions.

Bill Sickert is a fiscally responsible and tough minded executive with significant and successful track record in start-up and market development. His unique combination of formal business, legal and marketing education, as well as his financial credentials, earns him the respect of investors and business associates. This well-rounded history coupled with a grounded approach to branding and business development makes Bill a key executive to take any business to the next level. With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness arena, Mr. Sickert is perfectly positioned to drive XOWii into the future with amazing product development.

Brandon Rath has spent over 10 years working in the securities markets as an advisor, and as general counsel and outside counsel for a variety of financial institutions, both domestically and internationall. In addition, Mr. Rath has extensive experience working with early stage and mid-cap companies trough all apsects of financing. Mr. Rath also has experience as a serial entrepreneur, both as an advisor to numerous start-up companies. Mr. Rath has also acted as a board member for several start-up entites, including a hedge fund and several technology-based companies.
