Author, entrepreneur, orthotherapist and expert herbalist, Marc Saint-Onge has dedicated over 25 years to the research and development of science-based products for the natural health industry. He founded the Canadian Orthotherapy College to train students as orthotherapists and massage therapists.

He is also the President of GOLDEN MOOR, an international company manufacturing and exporting health enhancing products containing the proprietary moor–based adaptogen, MoorMax™.

Monte Taylor, Jr. is an experienced direct selling professional with the unique perspective that comes from having been a full-time distributor, V.P. of Sales & Marketing and the former CEO of a publicly held direct selling company.

With over 25 years in direct selling, he is a champion and advocate for the home-based entrepreneur. He has delivered hundreds of speaking engagements and workshops on prospecting, recruiting, personal development, team building and high-impact communications.

Monte has a MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business and Master Business Coach and Executive Coach Certificates.

John Souza has held executive management positions in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer of a publicly held genetic biosciences company AND was also the COO of it's wholly-owned direct selling division overseeing the company's day-to-day operations. He also played a key role in custom manufacturing technologies and new product development.

Over the past 20+ years, he has owned and operated manufacturing and distribution companies in the packaging, beauty and wellness industries.

John is a Certified Fitness and Nutritional Consultant and participated in the Bachelor of Science program at Rochester Institute of Technology.
