President
Mr. Borie is a strategic consultant and advisor to small to medium-sized businesses. His clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to start-up ventures. Currently President of the non-profit Entrust Environmental Corporation, which develops alternative capital formation mechanisms for the environment, Mr. Borie is also a principal with Environmental Business International. In addition, he is former CFO and a former Director of Border Environment Commerce Alliance (BECA), a non-profit cross-border environmental economic development organization. He is also former Director of Applied Carbochemicals, an industrial biotechnology and specialty chemical company. With operating and consulting experience in industries including data, financial, energy, environmental, entertainment, health care and retail, Mr. Borie has worked with companies such as Dun & Bradstreet, Merrill Lynch, ENI Corporation, National Recycling, ENTX, Dames and Moore, and Environmental Business Partners. Mr. Borie earned his MBA with specialization in Entrepeneurial Management, Finance and Venture Capital from The Wharton School of Business.

Director of Marketing
A consultant to ClickIncomes.com, Mr. Morrow is also Vice President of Sales with YouWinIt.com, located in Silicon Valley, California, and the Director of Affiliate training for Retired.com. Previously, he was Managing Director of the Canadian subsidiary of Future Net, a large WebTV reseller. Prior to that, Mr. Morrow as with Video Plus and for 4 years was a consultant to several large direct marketing companies, where he developed successful marketing materials and campaigns and played a key role in developing the world's largest private satellite network. A Corporate Trainer and top producer at FundAmerica, he also worked for Robbins Research International, where he facilitated the Tony Robbins "Unlimited Power" weekend seminars and the seven-week "Power to Influence" sales course. Mr. Morrow also joined a team who successfully raised $10 million to produce four feature-length movies, a project which provided a generous return on investments to its investors. Mr. Morrow has a degree in Economics from the University of California.
