Maxous executive bios

Mr. Edgardo (Eddie) Vélez is a public-relations/marketing expert by trade. President and founder of Success by Design, a PR and marketing firm, Eddie brings over 20 years experience in marketing.

Having been educated in New York City at the school for Art & Design and apprenticed under Neal Martineau (three-time winner of the Ogilvy award for excellence in advertising from Ogilvy and Mather, NY), Eddie has the acumen to take Maxous to the public. Using these skills, Eddie was instrumental in getting a startup healthcare company to exponential growth, which eventually went public and was rated #12 on NASDAQ’s top 50 for 2001.

Eddie is also a Gulf War Marine Corps veteran and has successfully run a computer services and hardware company in South Carolina. Having over 15-years experience as a network marketer and having been on the corporate teams of four networking companies successfully, Eddie brings a balanced set of experience, leadership, and skills to captain the Maxous ship.

Ms. Jennifer Shealey has over 5-years experience in Human Relations. Her studies include, interning for 3 years at the Honor Academy (HA) in Texas—a prestigious leadership academy. While at HA, Jennifer was a founder of the student government and served as Executive Officer, overseeing the operations of the council. Along side these duties, she was on the Board of the Women’s Association, served as a peer advisor, group counselor, public speaker and campus-relations coordinator.

Jennifer is defined as a lady of character and innovation. Her niches are human relations (the individual) and tactical operations (getting it done). What better place to spread her wings rather than Human Relations? Her adaptable nature is driven by her desire for excellence and uncompromising dedication to education. If few words were to sum up her character, it would be that she is one who strives to make it happen!
