Think Again, Inc. Files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (December 20, 2004)

RODGERSVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PMC Wholefood Farmacy Corp. (Pink Sheets: WFMC) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Think Again, Inc., filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Act. The filing occurred in Greenville, Tennessee, and bears Case No. 0424141. In addition, the Company announced that Don Tolman has officially resigned from all his positions in the Company and that Mark Bowen and Steve Tilton have been elected to the Company's Board of Directors replacing the former board. The Board then selected Bowen to be the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Tilton as its new president.

In commenting on the news, Steve Tilton stated: "We believe these actions were in the best interest of the Company to protect it from any adversity which may arise from the Whole Living, Inc. lawsuit. We believe the Company will be able to move forward with its business plans and emerge from Chapter 11 as a stronger company.
