Youngevity International said a Nasdaq Hearings Panel notified the company that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market.

The panel acted because the company did not meet Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). It had not filed a Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, or Forms 10-Q for the periods ended March 31, 2020, and June 30, 2020. Trading in the securities was set to be suspended on November 20, 2020.

The company expected its common stock and Series D preferred stock to be eligible for the OTC Markets the same day, still under the symbols YGYI and YGIP.

Chief executive Steve Wallach said the company was preparing a letter to shareholders on recent progress, business highlights, and a plan to catch up on financial reporting and seek a listing again on Nasdaq or another national exchange.
