SAO PAULO, Brazil -- May 11, 2026

Natura reported first-quarter 2026 net revenue of 4.7 billion reais and EBITDA of 346 million reais, for a 7.3% margin, saying Brazil and Argentina weighed on results while other Hispanic markets performed better.

The company said Brazil faced a macroeconomic slowdown and lower consultant activity, though it gained market share on sell-out growth and a sequential rise in beauty consultants. Brazil digital sales rose 23.6% and retail revenue rose 14.3%. Excluding Argentina, other Hispanic markets were solid, and the Natura brand grew 7% in constant currency across the Hispanic region. Avon relaunches in Brazil and Mexico began in March.

Cash flow was a negative 315 million reais, which Natura said was broadly neutral excluding 330 million reais of extraordinary costs tied to its new operating model. CEO Joao Paulo Ferreira said the model is in place and the focus is sustainable revenue growth and higher profitability.
