PROVO, Utah -- March 20, 2026
Nu Skin Enterprises said Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer James Thomas has resigned to pursue an outside opportunity after 16 years with the company. Thomas notified the company of his resignation on March 17, 2026, effective the same day.
The board appointed Chelsea Lantz, 42, the company's vice president and corporate controller, as interim CFO while it searches for a permanent replacement, with both internal and external candidates to be considered. Lantz joined Nu Skin in 2011 and has served as corporate controller since 2023 after leading internal audit. As interim CFO she will receive an annual salary of 300,000 dollars, a target bonus of 35 percent of salary and a stipend of 25,000 dollars for each quarter in the role.
The change comes less than two weeks after Nu Skin named Chief Legal Officer Chayce Clark as chief operating officer.
