June 14, 2022
Nu Skin Enterprises said it entered an amended and restated credit agreement on June 14, 2022, with Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, replacing its April 2018 credit agreement. The new facilities include a 400 million dollar term loan and a 500 million dollar revolving credit facility, each with a five-year term.
On closing, the company drew the term loan in full and 30 million dollars on the revolver and used the proceeds to repay amounts outstanding under the prior agreement. The facilities support working capital, capital expenditures, and other general corporate purposes, carry leverage and interest-coverage covenants, and are guaranteed by certain domestic subsidiaries and secured by liens on material subsidiary stock.
