Nu Skin Enterprises said shareholders elected Ryan S. Napierski, president and chief executive elect, and Emma S. Battle, founder and chief executive of Market Vigor, to the board of directors. Executive chairman Steven J. Lund said both bring business, entrepreneurship, and digital strategy experience.
Napierski fills the board seat of chief executive Ritch Wood, who was set to retire from the company effective September 1, 2021. Napierski has been with Nu Skin for 25 years and has served as president for four years after earlier roles leading Japan, North Asia, and EMEA.
Battle has held senior marketing and sales roles at Windsor Circle, Three Ships Media, Red Hat, Art.com, and Sara Lee Branded Apparel, and serves on the boards of Unifi and Bassett Furniture Industries. Lund thanked Wood for board service and for about 30 years of leadership at Nu Skin.
