Nu Skin Enterprises said Justin Keisel, executive vice president and president of global sales, began a medical leave of absence effective August 17, 2026.
Chayce Clark, executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief legal officer, will lead Keisel's organization during his time away. The company said it wishes Keisel and his family well as he focuses on his health.
The disclosure was made in a Form 8-K reporting the departure-related item under Item 5.02.
