Nu Skin Enterprises said it has appointed Chayce Clark as chief operating officer, effective immediately. Clark, 43, will be responsible for the company's revenue performance and end-to-end operational execution while continuing to serve as chief legal officer.
Clark joined Nu Skin in 2015 as assistant general counsel and has served as executive vice president and general counsel since 2021. In a regulatory filing, the company said his base salary will be 650,000 dollars, with a target annual bonus of 75 percent of salary, and that his 2026 equity award will be valued at 2,362,500 dollars.
"Chayce has been a valuable part of our executive team and an important voice in our efforts to become the world's leading intelligent beauty and wellness leadership opportunity platform," said President and Chief Executive Ryan Napierski. The appointment comes as Nu Skin works to return to revenue growth by the end of 2026 behind the global launch of its Prysm iO device.
